Order Processing

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. During peak periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times (UK)

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 6–9 working days after your order has been processed.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

  • If you do not receive your tracking email, or if you need help locating your parcel, please contact our customer support team.

Incorrect Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout.

  • CORERELIEF is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your details, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Delays

  • While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes happen due to courier disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, or high transit volumes.

  • We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding if your order takes slightly longer than expected.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

  • If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we highly recommend checking with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery office before contacting us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • As items may ship internationally, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on UK import regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • CORERELIEF is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Split Deliveries

  • In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels due to stock availability or warehouse locations. If this applies to your order, separate tracking information will be provided where applicable.
